In order to provide a cost effective method of postage the service of both Australia Post and Courier Services are used.
Orders are shipping within 5 business days. Standard delivery is 2-7 business days
Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within three business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' status. Pre Order is available for certain products which are not yet in stock and are dispatched immediately when the product arrives in stock.
Please note if your order includes pre order items the order will not be shipped until all items arrive in sold condition.
We will redeliver, replace or refund a parcel that is incorrectly addressed by us, but do not take responsibility for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled. An ETA is provided, if this does not suit your time frame, please do not purchase the item. The ETA is as accurate as possible give or take a few days as international shipping and customs can be unpredictable. Orders are dispatched as a whole so if you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the available item will be sent when the preorder item arrives. If you wish for the available item to be sent right away, please contact us. Additional postage charges may apply.
PRE-ORDER MEANS YOU ARE ORDERING AN ITEM NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK, WHILE WE ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ETA THIS IS DEPENDANT ON SHIPPING TIME FRAMES AND CUSTOMS WHICH IS OUT OF OUR HANDS, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. Lost or Damaged Parcel
All shipping is at the customers risk. Once items have been dispatched, we do not hold responsibility for lost parcels, or packages damaged in transit. Please contact Australia Post or the Courier Service that your order was dispatched with and advise them that your order has not arrived. You will need to quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If the carrier is unable to locate your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will lodge an enquiry for you.
We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience with us is enjoyable. Please complete your online shopping at the dusty poppy with absolute confidence. However, if you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase we do not offer exchanges and refunds unless the item is faulty.
Shipping costs are at customers expense unless the purchased item is damaged or faulty, not what you had ordered or dramatically misinterpreted in the item description. I recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to me.
Some items stocked are handmade and will have handmade characteristics. These are not faults and their uniqueness is to be embraced. If you have questions about a particular product or want to see more before purchasing please get in touch.
All reduced and sale items are final and will not able to be refunded or exchanged.
For a full refund or exchange, you need to contact me and return the item to the dusty poppy within 7 days of receiving it.
Items must be returned in their original condition with original packaging and tags still attached and with a receipt or proof of purchase. The items will be returned for a refund or exchange to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from international customers.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The dusty poppy is unable to refund, and return an item where the packaging or product is returned damaged or marked. Any items sent in boxes should be sent back in the original box, free of damage.
We do not offer refunds on sale items.
If you would like to exchange an item, I suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. As the store has limited stock on some products, this will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order for a full refund less the shipping fees. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe the item you have received is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details as possible about the product and its fault. Please advise us within seven days of receipt of the faulty item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.
